Founder & Head ELEVATE Coach
Cameron Van Klei
Meet Cameron Van Klei, a former construction worker who stumbled into real estate and never looked back. Growing up in a family where work was not optional, Cameron spent most of his childhood doing manual labor on construction sites. Despite initially intending to become a doctor, he dropped out of college after one semester and returned to construction work. In 2006, Cameron signed up for a real estate course, motivated by a desire to get out of the rain, and make money. Despite the financial meltdown of 2008, he persevered and became the rookie of the year at his office in his first year, selling 33 homes. He went on to become one of the top 30 realtors under 30 in Canada and featured in investment magazines for under 35. With over 115 agents selling over $1 billion in sales per year, Cameron's real estate brokerage is one of the fastest-growing in the nation and ranked top 20 in the world for C21. He has overseen nearly 8000 transactions and $6 billion in real estate sales, while also specializing in analyzing and buying rental properties for passive income and building a real estate portfolio that is valued at over $20 million. Today, Cameron is passionate about giving back through coaching, teaching, and mentoring. Despite his success, he remains committed to a life of learning, constantly striving to improve and never settling for failure.

ELEVATE Coach
Jayden Lee
Jayden is a resilient and determined young man. At just 24 years old, Jayden has already been a part of over 120 successful real estate transactions, recognized as one of the top agents for his age group in the country, earning the Century 21 Canada Top 30 Under 30 award, one of the top agents in his town for being a President's Club member in the Chilliwack and District Real Estate Board, and already owns multiple properties himself. But it hasn’t always been sunshine and rainbows for Jayden. At just 16 years old he was diagnosed with Leukaemia and went through 3.5 years of Chemotherapy. Followed by, a few years later, the tragic and sudden loss of his mother, as well as one of his best friends Aaron. All within a year and a half time frame. Despite the challenges Jayden has faced, he has wanted to use this adversity to give back and inspire others. In 2021 Jayden wanted to give back to the BC Children’s hospital, where he did all his cancer treatment, and host a fundraiser. Jayden decided to run 103km from his hometown to the Vancouver Children’s hospital in 12 hours, and raised $125,000 with the help of his friend Cameron Van Klei. It is through this challenge that Jayden and Cameron learned that mindset and determination is what got them through the run. Since the run, Jayden has learned that mindset and determination is what has got him through all the adversity in his life, whether that being in physical challenges, tragedies, or in Real Estate. Jayden wants to apply everything he has experienced to not only help coach others on how to start and maintain a successful Real Estate career, but also how to live a meaningful life alongside Real Estate. Awards: *Century 21 Canada Top 30 Under 30 2020 *Century 21 Canada Masters Diamond Producer 2020 *Century 21 Canada Masters Emerald Producer 2021 *Century 21 Canada Masters Silver Producer 2022 *Century 21 Creekside Realty Goodwill Ambassador 2021 *CADREB Presidents Club Member 2020, 2021, 2022 *CADREB REALTORS® Care Community Service Award 2021
