Meet Cameron Van Klei, a former construction worker who stumbled into real estate and never looked back. Growing up in a family where work was not optional, Cameron spent most of his childhood doing manual labor on construction sites. Despite initially intending to become a doctor, he dropped out of college after one semester and returned to construction work.
In 2006, Cameron signed up for a real estate course, motivated by a desire to get out of the rain, and make money. Despite the financial meltdown of 2008, he persevered and became the rookie of the year at his office in his first year, selling 33 homes. He went on to become one of the top 30 realtors under 30 in Canada and featured in investment magazines for under 35.
With over 115 agents selling over $1 billion in sales per year, Cameron's real estate brokerage is one of the fastest-growing in the nation and ranked top 20 in the world for C21. He has overseen nearly 8000 transactions and $6 billion in real estate sales, while also specializing in analyzing and buying rental properties for passive income and building a real estate portfolio that is valued at over $20 million.
Today, Cameron is passionate about giving back through coaching, teaching, and mentoring. He remains committed to a life of learning, constantly striving to improve and never settling for failure.
